Our community lies between Moses Lake and Othello, Washington on the Potholes Reservoir. This area is deemed a master resort region and hosts many seasonal and popular events for the whole family. We are close to major city populations such a Moses Lake which is 20 minutes away and Tri-Cities, and Wenatchee within an hours distance.

             Unlike other destinations this area is relatively
              quiet and relaxing and is surrounded by local
            fruit and produce farmland. We have several
            wineries close by and 28,000 acres of water
            that hosts fishing, hunting and boating
           throughout the year.
